As the property manager for your rental, we are your tenants' point of contact for all issues, repairs or requests, from routine to an emergency. We are available by phone, text, email and through our online portal and respond to all requests within 24 hours or less.

• Collect and track rent through our online portal
• Collect security deposit and open security deposit escrow account.
• Coordinate Move-in/Move-outManage lock-outs, maintenance requests, service calls and repairs.
• If needed, engage contractors/vendors to repair, maintain, replace, or alter the PropertyChange HVAC filters and smoke/CO detector batteries seasonally.
•Emergency calls - 24 hour answering service.Track leases, renewals and fill vacancies as needed.
